高强度密封钢丝绳在公路悬索桥吊索和斜拉索应用

摘要 针对传统悬索桥吊索PE护套易老化、维护成本高等问题,开发了高强度密封钢丝绳吊索技术,并实现首次工程应用。该技术采用锌铝稀土合金镀层密封钢丝绳,通过异型钢丝紧密扣合形成全封闭结构,抗拉强度1960 MPa以上,弹性模量1.67×10^(5) MPa,相比较传统平行钢丝束,直径减小且免涂装。工程应用显示,密封钢丝绳吊索抗风雨和抗振能力显著增强,面接触设计降低钢丝间应力,运行维护成本降低。开发的WSC-ZZZZ-133型斜拉索通过JT/T 775—2016规范抗弯疲劳测试。成果纳入团体标准T/CCTAS 92—2023,为桥梁轻量化与耐久性设计提供技术支撑。 High strength sealed wire rope suspension technology has been developed to address the problems of aging and high maintenance costs of traditional suspension bridge suspension cable PE sheaths,and has achieved its first engineering application.The technology uses sealed wire rope with zinc aluminum rare earth alloy coating,forming fully enclosed structure by tightly interlocking irregular steel wires.Tensile strength reaches over 1960 MPa,and elastic modulus is 1.67×10^(5) MPa.Compared with traditional parallel steel wire cable,it has smaller diameter and is free of coating.Engineering applications have shown that wind,rain,and vibration resistance of sealed wire rope cables have been significantly enhanced.Surface contact design reduces stress between steel wires and lowers maintenance costs.The WSC-ZZZZ-133 stay cable produced has passed bending fatigue test specified in JT/T 775—2016.Results have been included in group standard T/CCTAS 92—2023,providing technical support for lightweight and durability design of bridges.
