AgSnO_(2)触头材料在Ni、Cu掺杂下的第一性原理研究

摘要 AgSnO_(2)材料由于具备优良的导电性和抗氧化性,在各类电器开关领域大放异彩,尤其是在低压触头材料中起着重要作用。随着电气科技的迅猛发展,现有的触头材料已不能完全满足要求,因此,提升AgSnO_(2)材料的性能迫在眉睫。本研究通过实施金属元素的交替掺杂策略,采用CASTEP软件对掺杂前后材料的性能进行了模拟测试。研究发现,交替掺杂金属元素能够显著降低材料的带隙宽度,使电子可以更有效地从价带运动至导带,从而提升材料的导电性;从弹性常数分析试验结果发现,经过金属元素掺杂后,材料的力学性能和韧性均得到不同程度的提高,方便后续改进。 AgSnO_(2) material has excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance,which makes it important in various electrical switch fields,especially in the low-voltage contact material field,playing a pivotal role.With the rapid development of electrical technology,the existing contact material cannot fully meet requirements,therefore,it is urgent to improve the performance of AgSnO_(2) material.In this study,the alternating doping strategy of metal elements was implemented,and the performance of the doped material before and after was simulated using the CASTEP software.The research found that alternating doping of metal elements could significantly reduce the bandgap width,allowing electrons to move more effectively from the valence band to the conduction band,thereby improving the conductivity of the material;in the analysis of the elastic constant experiment results,it was found that the mechanical properties and toughness of the material after metal element doping had been improved to different degrees,making it more convenient for subsequent improvement.
