余热锅炉厚壁炉管与薄管板自动GMAW焊接研究

Research on automatic GMAW welding of thick‑wall furnace tubes and thin tubesheet in waste heat boilers

摘要 针对薄管板型余热锅炉管子/管板全焊透结构手工焊接存在的效率低、质量稳定性差难题,提出采用手工钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)封底与自动熔化极气体保护电弧焊(GMAW)填充、盖面的组合工艺方案。结果表明,该方案成功实现了高质量全焊透焊接,焊接效率达手工焊的3~6倍,并完成了产品制造与多年稳定运行。研究为自动GMAW技术在压力容器管子/管板焊接中的成熟应用提供了实践依据与参考。 To address the issues of low efficiency and poor quality stability in manual welding of fully penetrated tube‑to‑tubesheet joints in thin tubesheet waste heat boilers,a combined process scheme using manual gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)for root pass and automatic gas metal arc welding(GMAW)for filling and capping passes is proposed.The results show that this scheme successfully achieves high‑quality full penetration welding,with welding efficiency reaching 3~6 times that of manual welding,and has accomplished product manufacturing and years of stable operation.The study provides practical basis and reference for the mature application of automatic GMAW technology in pressure vessel tube‑to‑tubesheet welding.
