摘要
“食品工厂设计与环境保护”作为食品科学与工程专业的核心课程,其传统教学模式面临多重挑战,包括教学内容抽象庞杂、理论与实践衔接不畅、实验教学资源不足、学生基础差异显著、考核方式单一以及课程思政融合不充分等问题。基于此,本研究围绕该课程开展混合式教学模式的创新与实践。该模式的实施有助于提升学生的学业成绩、实践能力与创新素养,并为高校同类课程的建设与改革提供可借鉴的实施路径。
As a core course in the Food Science and Engineering major,“Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection”currently faces multiple challenges in its traditional teaching mode.These include abstract and extensive teaching content,a disconnect between theory and practice,insufficient experimental teaching resources,significant disparities in students'foundational knowledge,a singular assessment approach,and inadequate integration of morals and values education within the curriculum.Based on this,this study focuses on innovating and implementing a blended teaching model for this course.The application of this model contributes to enhancing students'academic performance,practical skills,and innovative competencies,while also providing a referenceable implementation pathway for the development and reform of similar courses in higher education institutions.
