基于药食同源产业需求的中医药院校食品专业创新创业人才培养体系重构与实践——以湖南中医药大学为例

摘要 创新创业教育是当代中国高等教育改革发展的关键议题。在新工科建设背景下,推动中医药院校食品类专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合势在必行。本文以湖南中医药大学为例,围绕中医药院校食品类创新创业型人才培养目标,以“药食同源全产业链”需求为主线,从产业、学校、学院、专业四个层面,构建了“专业教育+思政教育+创新创业教育+中医药文化”四维融合的食品类创新型人才培养体系。该探索对明确中医药院校食品科学与工程专业建设方向与特色发展,培养适应药食同源产业转型升级需求的新工科创新创业人才,具有重要的实践意义。 Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a central focus in the reform and development of higher education in contemporary China.In the context of new engineering,the deep integration of food science education and innovation and entrepreneurship education within Chinese medicine(CM)universities has become imperative.Taking Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this study centers on the talent cultivation objective of fostering innovative and entrepreneurial food science professionals in CM universities.Guided by the demands of the“whole industrial chain for medicine and food homology,”a four-pronged integrated talent cultivation system for food science majors has been constructed,incorporating professional education,morals and values education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and Chinese medicine culture.This system is developed across four levels:industry,university,school,and major.This exploration holds significant practical implications for defining the development direction and distinctive features of the Food Science and Engineering major in CM universities,as well as for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in emerging engineering disciplines who can meet the transformation and upgrading needs of the medicine and food homology industry.
