摘要
在芳烃市场需求持续增长与清洁汽油标准升级的驱动下,重整汽油凭借兼具高价值芳烃原料与优质汽油调和组分的双重特性,推动了重整汽油芳烃分离技术的应用。介绍了国内外芳烃抽提技术的原理、方法、工业应用与发展现状,包括溶剂抽提与抽提蒸馏两种技术,对比了二者在分离效率、能耗水平等方面的优劣,总结了芳烃抽提技术存在的问题;综述了近年来芳烃分离技术的新进展,包括吸附分离、膜分离和耦合分离技术,指出了重整汽油芳烃分离技术将朝着绿色溶剂开发、工艺创新和智能化等方向发展。
Driven by the continuous growth of the aromatic hydrocarbon market demand and the upgrading of clean gasoline standards,reformed gasoline,with its dual characteristics of being both a high-value aromatic hydrocarbon feedstock and a high-quality gasoline blending component,has promoted the application of reformed gasoline aromatic separation technology.The principles,methods,industrial applications and development status of domestic and foreign aromatic extraction technologies are introduced,including solvent extraction and extractive distillation.Their advantages and disadvantages are compared in terms of separation efficiency and energy consumption levels.The existing problems in aromatic extraction technology are summarized.The new progress on aromatic separation technology in recent years is reviewed,including adsorption separation,membrane separation,and coupled separation technologies.It is pointed out that the future development of reformed gasoline aromatic separation technology will be towards green solvent development,process innovation,and intelligence.
