上行式渣油加氢装置技术分析

摘要 为应对原油劣质化、提升重油深加工能力,中石化(天津)石油化工有限公司于2020年建成国内拥有自主知识产权的上行式渣油加氢装置,年加工规模2.6 Mt/a。上行式反应器的压降优势明显,但大型化后对其内部气液分配提出更高的要求,且进料组成和性质变化对装置稳定运行带来挑战。通过重点优化反应器内构件设计参数与催化剂级配方案,装置在第三周期已实现连续稳定运行16个月,上行式反应器压降不大于0.29 MPa,径向温差小于4℃,催化剂加氢性能稳定,脱硫率84%,残炭转化率48%,脱金属(Ni+V)率84%。 In response to the trend of worsening crude oil quality and to improve heavy oil upgrading capabilities,Sinopec(Tianjin)Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.completed the construction of China’s independently intellectual property up-flow residue hydrogenation unit in 2020,with the processing capacity of 2.6 Mt/a.The pressure drop advantage of the up-flow reactor is obvious.After large-scale expansion,however,higher requirements are imposed on the internal gas-liquid distribution,and feedstock composition and property change bring challenges to the stable operation of the unit.By primarily optimizing the design parameters of reactor components and the catalyst distribution scheme,the unit has achieved continuous stable operation for 16 months in the third cycle.The pressure drop of the up-flow reactor is no more than 0.29 MPa,with the radial temperature difference lower than 4℃,and the stable hydrogenation performance of the catalyst.The desulfurization rate is 84%,the residual carbon conversion rate is 48%,and the removal rate of metals(Ni+V)is 84%.
