应用于高黏度流体的新型螺杆-螺带式搅拌釜

摘要 通过设计不同螺杆-螺带叶轮构型,包括螺杆-螺带式叶轮(SHRI)、挡板-螺带式叶轮(BHRI)及斜杆-螺带式叶轮(OHRI),并采用ANSYS Fluent软件模拟研究了叶轮构型对搅拌釜内流体流动特性的影响。模拟结果表明,所设计搅拌釜可加速边界层更新并强化轴向及径向流动,提升釜内整体流动性能;通过降低叶轮与釜壁的距离,可持续打破边界层,使流体更新频率加快;SHRI搅拌釜内流体最高轴向速度可达0.35 m/s,BHRI搅拌釜内流体最高径向速度可达1.88 m/s;SHRI,BHRI,OHRI轴功率分别为53.2,113.1,83.5 kW。 Different screw-helical ribbon impeller structures were designed,including screw-helical ribbon impeller(SHRI),baffle-helical ribbon impeller(BHRI),and oblique screw-helical ribbon impeller(OHRI).A numerical simulation was performed using ANSYS Fluent software on the effect of impeller structure on the flow characteristics of fluid inside the stirred tank.The results show that the designed stirred tank accelerates the renewal of the boundary layer and strengthens the axial and radial flow to enhance the overall flow performance in the stirred tank.The boundary layer can be continuously broken by reducing the distance between the impeller and the tank wall,which results in a faster frequency of fluid renewal.The highest axial flow rate of fluid in SHRI stirred tank is 0.35 m/s,while the highest radial flow rate of fluid in BHRI stirred tank is 1.88 m/s.The shaft power of SHRI,BHRI,and OHRI is 53.2,113.1,and 83.5 kW,respectively.
