摘要
近年来,物流业与制造业的深度融合成为提升产业竞争力和推动经济高质量发展的关键路径。我国高度重视两业融合,并出台了一系列政策支持其发展。然而,当前两业融合仍面临融合水平不高、融合程度不深等问题,尤其是融合机理方面的研究仍存在不足,缺乏系统性和动态性视角的研究。首先,本文基于集成场理论,深入探讨物流业与制造业深度融合创新发展的运行机理。其次,通过分析集成场理论的内涵与构成要素,本文系统性地解析了两业融合的动力机制、模式创新、效应产生及面临的挑战。最后,采用理论分析与案例实证相结合的方法,本文选取鞍山钢铁集团、美的集团和上汽集团作为典型案例,验证了集成场理论在两业融合中的应用效果。研究发现,物流业与制造业之间存在紧密的相互依存关系,集成场理论为两业融合提供了系统性和动态性的分析框架,通过集成体优化、基核创新和联接键强化,可以有效推动两业深度融合。
In recent years,the deep integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry has become a key path to enhance industrial competitiveness and promote high-quality economic development.China attaches great importance to the integration of the two industries and has issued a series of policies to support its development.However,at present,the integration of the two industries still faces problems such as low integration level and low integration degree,especially the research on the integration mechanism is still insufficient,and the research from a systematic and dynamic perspective is lacking.First of all,based on the integrated field theory,this paper deeply discusses the operation mechanism of the deep integration and innovation development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry.Secondly,by analyzing the connotation and components of the integrated field theory,this paper systematically analyzes the dynamic mechanism,model innovation,effect generation and the challenges faced by the integration of the two industries.Finally,it adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and case demonstration,and selects Anshan Steel Group,Midea Group and SAIC Group as typical cases to verify the application effect of integrated field theory in the integration of two industries.It is found that there is a close interdependence between logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and the integrated field theory provides a systematic and dynamic analysis framework for the integration of the two industries,and can effectively promote the deep integration of the two industries by optimization of integration body,innovation of base core and reinforcement of connection bond.
