摘要
多孔金属结合剂磨具的独特的气孔结构,赋予磨具优异的使用性能。本文主要总结了多孔金属结合剂磨具的成孔机理及制备方法,阐明了不同制备方法生产的多孔金属结合剂磨具的性能,同时,展望了多孔金属结合剂磨具未来的研究方向和发展趋势。
The unique porosity structure of the porous metal binder abrasives gives the abrasives excellent performance.This article mainly introduced the pore-formation mechanism and the preparation methods of porous metal-bonded grinding tools.At the same time,the properties of porous metal-bonded abrasives produced by different preparation methods were described,and the future research direction and the development trend of porous metal-bonded abrasives were prospected.
