金刚石定位排列刀头在切墙锯上的应用及齿长齿占比对切割性能的影响

Application of Diamond Positioning Arrangement on Wall Saws and the Influence of Tooth Length and Ratio on Cutting Performance

摘要 墙锯是专业切割领域的高性能工具,对切割效率、寿命和加工精度要求严格。本文采用金刚石定位排列技术,通过精确定位每颗金刚石实现持续稳定切削,来验证齿数、齿长与切割速度和切割寿命的关系,评估了10种金刚石定位排列锯片在25 kW切墙锯上切割钢筋混凝土的性能。试验结果:在胎体、结构、金刚石品级及浓度均相同的条件下,齿占比为42%时,锯片抖动剧烈,无法正常切割;在齿占比为50.5%时,有轻微抖动;齿占比为50.5%,63.2%,75.8%,88.4%时,24 mm齿长短齿切割速度和切割寿命均优于40 mm齿长长齿,且寿命提升更为显著,切割寿命分别提高14.8%和19.3%,9.1%,1.7%。而同为24 mm齿长,齿占比50.5%的锯片比齿占比88.4%的锯片速度提高19.9%,寿命低51.6%;齿占比50.5%锯片比75.8%的锯片切割速度提高8.7%,寿命低45.9%;齿占比50.5%锯片比63.2%锯片切割速度快4.7%,寿命降低了27.9%。墙锯锯片,在一定齿占比范围内减少刀头数可以很好地提高切割速度,当齿占低至一定范围,寿命会急剧降低;齿长变短可以提高切割速度,并且在齿占比相同的情况下寿命也能提高,墙锯24短齿及75.8%齿占比设计为此功率墙锯切机锯片的最佳设计。 Wall saws are high-performance tools in professional cutting applications with stringent requirements for cutting efficiency,service life,and machining accuracy.This study employs diamond positioning arrangement technology-achieving continuous and stable cutting through the precise positioning of each diamond-to verify the relationship among tooth count,tooth length,cutting speed,and cutting lifespan.The performance of ten diamond positioning arrangement saw blades cutting reinforced concrete was evaluated on a 25 kW wall saw.Test results indicate that under the same body,structure,diamond,and diamond concentration,when the tooth ratio is 42%,there is severe shaking during sawing,and normal cutting cannot be achieved.When the tooth ratio is 50.5%,63.2%,75.8%,88.4%,respectively,the cutting speed and cutting life of 24 mm long and short teeth are better than 40 mm Long teeth,especially in terms of cutting life,show more significant performance,respectively,and lifespans increased by 14.8%and 19.3%,9.1%,1.7%respectively;The saw blade with a tooth ratio of 50.5%and a tooth length of 24 teeth has a speed increase of 19.9%and a lifespan decrease of 51.6%compared to the saw blade with a tooth ratio of 88.4%;The saw blade with a tooth ratio of 50.5%and a saw blade ratio of 75.8%has a speed increase of 8.7%and a lifespan decrease of 45.9%.The 50.5%saw blade has a speed increase of 4.7%and a lifespan decrease of 27.9%compared to the 63.2%saw blade;Wall saw blades can effectively improve cutting speed by reducing the number of blade heads within a certain range of tooth ratio.However,when the tooth ratio drops to a certain range,the lifespan will sharply decrease;Shortening the tooth length can improve the cutting speed and increase the lifespan under the same tooth ratio.The wall saw with 24 short teeth and 75.8%tooth ratio is designed as the optimal design for this power wall saw blade.
