掘进钻车凿岩配合数码电子雷管爆破技术在凡口铅锌矿的应用

摘要 掘进作业是金属非金属地下矿山开掘井、巷等通道的重要过程,为后续的开采、通风、供电、安全管理等工作提供了必要的通道和条件,是矿山开采重要的环节。因此,如何提高掘进作业安全与效率是矿山革新技术的重点方向。随着机械化水平的提高,掘进钻车被广泛运用在掘进作业中,但存在爆破效果差不佳、进尺不理想的问题。亟待研究如何布置掘进钻车断面凿岩布孔、爆破雷管段位以提高凿岩爆破效果。本文以凡口铅锌矿巷道断面尺寸、掘进钻车凿岩布孔、数码电子雷管爆破段位、爆破装药为例,对掘进钻车凿岩配合数码电子雷管爆破技术进行详细阐述。 Excavation operation is an important process in the excavation of tunnels and passages in metal and non-metal underground mines,providing necessary channels and conditions for subsequent mining,ventilation,power supply,safety management,and other work.It is an important link in mining.Therefore,how to improve the safety and efficiency of excavation operations is the key direction of mining innovation technology.With the improvement of mechanization level,excavation drilling vehicles have been widely used in excavation operations,but there are problems such as poor blasting effect and unsatisfactory footage.Urgent research is needed on how to arrange the section of the excavation drilling vehicle for rock drilling and hole layout,as well as the position of blasting detonators,in order to improve the effectiveness of rock drilling and blasting.This article takes the cross-sectional dimensions of the Fankou lead-zinc mine roadway,the drilling and hole layout of the excavation drilling vehicle,the blasting section of the digital electronic detonator,and the blasting charge as examples to elaborate on the blasting technology of the excavation drilling vehicle rock drilling combined with the digital electronic detonator.
