摘要
宜春钽铌矿矿体呈独特“块体状”结构,裂隙发育,传统爆破面临大块率高、后冲破坏严重等难题。本研究聚焦预裂爆破技术,依据岩石力学原理阐释技术核心机制,通过理论结合现场试验精确确定关键爆破参数。在现场实践中构建标准化施工流程、多维度监测体系,并针对特殊工况制定应急策略。通过本研究,预裂爆破技术有效控制爆破震动、优化爆堆形态,为同类矿山爆破作业提供了极具价值的范例与技术支撑。
The Yichun tantalum niobium ore body has a unique"block like"structure with developed fractures.Traditional blasting faces challenges such as high block rates and severe recoil damage.This study focuses on pre splitting blasting technology,explaining the core mechanism of the technology based on the principles of rock mechanics,and accurately determining key blasting parameters through theoretical combination with on-site experiments.Build standardized construction processes and multi-dimensional monitoring systems in on-site practice,and develop emergency strategies for special working conditions.Through this study,the pre splitting blasting technology effectively controls blasting vibration and optimizes the shape of the blasting pile,providing valuable examples and technical support for similar mining blasting operations.
