摘要
在云南鲜花产业对高时效、高品质物流需求日益增长的发展趋势下,传统铁路运输方式因成本、时效及网络覆盖局限难以满足市场需求。高铁快运以其时效稳定、准点率高、覆盖广泛等核心优势,成为突破传统云南鲜花铁路运输瓶颈的关键路径。以昆明洛羊至成都双流线路为例,基于迈克尔·波特竞争优势理论,在分析云南鲜花高铁快运竞争优势实践发展现状的基础上,探讨高铁快运速度优势转化为可持续竞争优势的发展路径。研究提出,以竞争优势理论复合战略定位为牵引,系统推动降本增效、全链条服务重塑与产业生态协同,推动高铁快运从运输通道向综合服务平台跃升,为云南鲜花产业高质量发展与高铁快运模式创新提供实践参考。
Driven by the growing demand for high-timeliness and high-quality logistics in Yunnan's flower industry,traditional railway transportation struggles to meet market needs due to cost,time-efficiency,and network-coverage limitations.High speed railway express,with its core strengths in reliable scheduling,high punctuality,and extensive coverage,has emerged as a key approach to overcome these bottlenecks in traditional flower railway transportation.Using the Kunming Luoyang-Chengdu Shuangliu route as a case study and applying Michael Porter's theory of competitive advantage,this paper analyzes the current state of high speed railway express services for Yunnan flowers and explores how the speed advantage of high speed railway can be transformed into a sustainable competitive edge.The study proposes that guided by a composite strategic positioning derived from competitive advantage theory,systematic efforts should be made to reduce costs and improve efficiency,reshape end-to-end service chains,and foster industrial ecosystem collaboration.These steps will facilitate the transition of high speed railway express from a mere traffic corridor into an integrated service platform,offering practical insights for both the high-quality development of Yunnan's flower industry and the innovation of high speed railway express models.
