基于客户需求驱动的铁路货场作业能力智能提升策略

Intelligent Enhancement Strategies for Railway Freight Yard Operational Capacity Driven by Customer Demand

摘要 面对客户对时效性、可靠性与服务柔性的多元化需求,传统铁路货场作业模式显现出设施设备可靠性不足、系统协同效率低下、空间布局刚性约束突出等瓶颈。以昆明局集团公司铁路货场为例,在分析铁路货场作业能力智能提升路径的基础上,提出基于客户需求驱动的铁路货场作业能力智能提升策略,即构建客户需求导向的设备智能运维体系,建立客户需求驱动的智慧协同运营平台,推行柔性化货场空间布局与模块化运营模式,实施客户满意度导向的持续改进机制,形成“感知—分析—决策”闭环优化机制。该路径系统性地实现客户需求转化为货场作业能力提升方案,推动货场由被动作业节点向主动服务的智能枢纽转型,为铁路货运向现代化物流转型发展提供支撑。 Faced with diversified customer demands for timeliness,reliability,and service flexibility,traditional railway freight yard operations reveal bottlenecks such as insufficient equipment reliability,low systemic coordination efficiency,and rigid spatial layout constraints.Taking the freight yards of China Railway Kunming Group as an example,this study analyzes the potential pathways for intelligently enhancing yard operational capacity and proposes a customer-demand-driven strategy.The strategy comprises:building an intelligent equipment operation and maintenance system guided by customer needs;establishing a smart collaborative operation platform driven by customer demand;implementing flexible yard spatial layouts and modular operational models;and introducing a continuous improvement mechanism oriented toward customer satisfaction,together forming a closed-loop"perception-analysis-decision"optimization cycle.This approach systematically translates customer demands into actionable yard capacity enhancement plans,promoting the transformation of freight yards from passive operational nodes into proactive,intelligent service hubs,thereby supporting the transformation of railway freight toward modern logistics.
