摘要
铁路货运电子商务系统将分散在各货运站点的需求受理、核算制单等业务集中到货运服务中心“云端”集中办理,彻底改变了铁路货运客户服务模式和生产组织方式,有效提升了业务办理效率和客户服务质量。随着铁路货运内勤业务集中办理不断深化,货运生产作业对货票系统的数智化、自动化水平提出了更高要求。货票系统4.0通过技术创新推动铁路货运业务实现全面数字化升级,以统一运维管理、动态授权机制、全域作业模式等突破性设计,完成了从“功能支撑”向“智能驱动”的转型。该系统采用先进的B/S架构替代原有的C/S架构,全面重构了计费服务、径路服务等系统服务,先后在广州、昆明等铁路局集团公司进行试点应用,为全路推广应用提供实践借鉴。
The railway freight e-commerce system has centralized such scattered business operations as demand acceptance,accounting,and billing from various freight stations into the"cloud-based"freight service center.This transformation has fundamentally reshaped customer service and production organization in railway freight,significantly enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.As the centralization of back-office freight operations deepens,higher demands are placed on the intelligent applications and automation of the freight bill system.Through technological innovation,Freight Bill System 4.0 drives comprehensive digital upgrading of railway freight operations.Featuring breakthrough designs including unified operation and maintenance management,a dynamic authorization mechanism,and a full-domain operating mode,the system completes the transition from"functional support"to"intelligent enabler".It replaces the original C/S architecture with an advanced B/S architecture and comprehensively restructures system services such as billing and routing.Having undergone pilot implementation in several railway groups including Guangzhou and Kunming,the system provides practical reference for its wider deployment across the national railway network.
