基于客户需求导向的铁路车货智能匹配系统研究

摘要 现代物流转型要求铁路货运向高时效与精细化服务转变,针对铁路货运系统普遍存在的车货信息不精准、空车资源与多元化货源不匹配影响作业效率等共性瓶颈问题,立足于客户市场化视角,提出以TOPS系统为数据引擎构建车货智能匹配系统;通过设计智能车源预约、货源需求分类匹配引擎及全景可视化技术三大核心模块,融合区块链与优化算法,实现空车资源的精准配置与流程再造;充分利用车货智能匹配系统显著优势,以国铁集团推广运用的TOPS系统数据为载体部署构建的车货智能匹配系统,形成涵盖技术标准、作业流程与管理制度的“广通模式”,实现从铁路运输市场车货匹配的被动模式向“车货智能耦合、资源精准投送”主动服务模式的跃迁。 The transformation toward modern logistics demands that railway freight transportation evolve toward higher timeliness and refined service.To address common bottlenecks in the railway freight system,such as imprecise wagon-cargo information and a mismatch between empty wagon resources and diverse cargo sources,which hamper operational efficiency,this study adopts a custo-mer-market-oriented perspective and proposes the construction of a wagon-cargo intelligent matching system by using the TOPS system as its data engine.The system is built around three core modules:intelligent wagonbooking,cargo-demand classification and matching engine,and panoramic visualization technology.By integrating block-chain and optimization algorithms,it enables precise allocation and process reengineering of empty wagon resources.Leveraging the distinct advantages of such an intelligent matching system and deploying it on the data infrastructure of the TOPS system promoted and applied nationwide by China Railway,this approach establishes the"Guangtong Model":a framework encompassing technical standards,operational procedures,and management protocols.This model facilitates a shift from the passive mode of traditional wagon-cargo matching in the railway transportation market toward an active service paradigm characterized by"wagon-cargo intelligent coupling and precise resource delivery".
