摘要
中国茶文化有着悠久的历史,饮茶用具的种类、功用、形制、称谓也经历了漫长的变迁演化过程。虽然当前饮茶之风仍然盛行,但是研究者对饮茶用具的词义演化并未深究,也没有明确的认识。笔者从“茶壶”这一核心饮茶用具入手,结合中外字典、词典和相关文献中的释义,以及中国古代不同历史时期(唐宋元明清)因饮茶习俗不同导致的茶壶概念、形制的不同,对国内外“茶壶”词义和称谓的演化进行系统梳理,进而明确其词义发展演化的历史及其形制功用的区别。该研究对拓展古代茶文化研究的维度、推动茶文化的国际交流与传播有所助益。
Chinese tea culture boasts a long history,during which the types,functions,forms,and nomenclature of tea utensils have undergone a prolonged process of evolution.Although the practice of tea drinking remains prevalent today,researchers have not yet delved deeply into the semantic evolution of these utensils,nor do they possess a clear understanding of it.This study starts from the core tea utensil—the"teapot"—and,by consulting relevant definitions in Chinese and foreign dictionaries,lexicons,and related literature,aims to systematically trace the evolution of the meaning and terminology of"teapot"both within China and abroad.This analysis considers how the concept and form of the teapot varied across different historical periods in ancient China(the Tang,Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties)due to differing tea-drinking customs.The goal is to clarify the historical development of its meaning and the distinctions in its form and function.This research is intended to contribute to expanding the dimensions of ancient tea culture studies and to enhance the international exchange and dissemination of tea culture.
