摘要
联氨(N_(2)H_(4))与次氯酸根离子(ClO^(-))作为高活性化学物质,在工业领域应用广泛。但过量使用会严重威胁环境、生态及人类健康。为评估N_(2)H_(4)和ClO^(-)引发的环境及食品危害,亟需高效方法实现其快速精准检测。本文报道了一种新型双响应比色/荧光探针5-((6-(二甲氨基)萘-2-基)亚甲基)-1,3-二乙基-2-硫代二氢嘧啶-4,6(1H,5H)-二酮(NSE),可检测环境、食物和生物样本中的N_(2)H_(4)与ClO^(-)。该探针对二者显示出荧光开启响应、低检测限(N_(2)H_(4):12 nmol/L;ClO^(-):21.2 nmol/L)及短响应时间。实际应用中,NSE被用于检测多种样品中的N_(2)H_(4)与ClO^(-)。负载NSE的便携式检测工具(棉签、测试条和棉线图案)能直观地、实时检测追踪N_(2)H_(4)与ClO^(-)。此外,NSE还可对细胞、拟南芥根部及洋葱表皮细胞中的N_(2)H_(4)与ClO^(-)成像,为监测环境、食物及生物样本中的N_(2)H_(4)与ClO^(-)提供了前景良好的工具。
Hydrazine(N_(2)H_(4))and hypochlorite ions(ClO^(-)),as highly reactive chemical substances,have exten-sive applications across various industrial sectors.However,excessive usage of N_(2)H_(4) and ClO^(-)poses a grave threat to the environment,ecosystems,and human health.To evaluate the environmental hazards caused by N_(2)H_(4) and ClO^(-),there is an urgent need for efficient approaches that can achieve rapid and precise detection of N_(2)H_(4)and ClO^(-).Here,we re-port a novel dual-responsive colorimetric/fluorescent probe,named 5-((6-(dimethylamino)naphthalen-2-yl)methy-lene)-1,3-diethyl-2-thioxodihydropyrimidine-4,6(1H,5H)-dione(NSE),capable of detecting N_(2)H_(4) and ClO^(-)in en-vironmental,food,and biological samples.This probe exhibits fluorescence turn-on response,along with low detec-tion limits(N_(2)H_(4):12 nmol/L;ClO^(-):21.2 nmol/L)and short response time.In practical applications,NSE has been employed to detect N_(2)H_(4) and ClO^(-)in various samples.Portable detection tools loaded with NSE,including cot-ton swabs,test strips,cotton-thread patterns,enable intuitive and real-time detection of N_(2)H_(4) and ClO^(-).Moreover,NSE can also be utilized for imaging N_(2)H_(4)and ClO^(-)in cells,Arabidopsis thaliana roots,and onion epidermal cells.This presents a promising tool for monitoring N_(2)H_(4) and ClO^(-)in environmental,food,and biological samples.
