摘要
人民性是马克思主义的本质属性,是习近平文化思想的根本特征,也是贯穿于习近平文化思想的一条鲜明主线。从生成逻辑来看,习近平文化思想人民性源自马克思主义文化理论的人民立场,根植于中华优秀传统文化中的民本思想,继承和发展了中国共产党百年文化建设的人民性,回应人民日益增长的精神文化需求。文化发展为了人民,依靠人民,成果由人民共享是习近平文化思想人民性的核心要义。新时代文化建设中实践并彰显习近平文化思想的人民性,必须坚持以人民为中心的价值导向,不断满足人民精神文化生活新期待;促进全体人民精神生活共同富裕,让人民群众切实享受到文化发展成果;保障人民群众的文化权益,不断满足人民日益增长的精神文化需求。
People-centeredness,as an essential attribute of Marxism,is both the fundamental characteristic of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and a clear thread running throughout it.From the aspect of its generative logic,the people-centeredness originates from the people-oriented stance of Marxist cultural theory,is rooted in the idea of“people as the foundation”from the fine traditional Chinese culture,inherits and develops the people-centered principles of the cultural development adhered by the Communist Party of China,responds to and meets the people’s growing needs for spiritual life and culture.The idea that cultural development is for the people,from the people and beneficial to the people constitutes the core essence of the people-centeredness of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.To practice and highlight it for the new era,it is essential to uphold a people-centered value orientation to meet the people’s new expectations for spiritual and cultural life,promote the common prosperity in spiritual life for all to ensure that the people genuinely enjoy the fruits of cultural development,safeguard their cultural rights and interests to meet their growing needs for spiritual and cultural life.
