摘要
职业院校劳动教育作为培育技术技能人才的重要载体,其实践教学质量直接关乎学生劳动素养的养成。基于职业院校劳动教育的实践现状,从三个维度探寻实践教学的创新路径。在教学模式方面,通过项目化重构、跨专业协同以及融入数字化劳动等方式,实现多元融合;在实践平台方面,推动校内基地功能升级、校企共建实践中心、构建社区劳动服务网络,打破学校与社区之间的壁垒;在评价体系方面,完成从结果量化向过程增值的转型。结合“一校一品”案例提出基于专业特色的品牌打造策略,为职业院校劳动教育的高质量发展提供参考。
As an important carrier for cultivating technical and skilled talents,the quality of practical teaching in vocational colleges’labor education directly impacts the development of students’labor literacy.Based on the current practice of labor education in vocational colleges,this article explores innovative paths for practical teaching from three dimensions:in terms of teaching mode,achieving diversified integration through project-based reconstruction,cross-major collaboration,and integration of digital labor;in terms of practical platform,promoting the functional upgrading of on-campus bases,jointly building practice centers with enterprises,and constructing community labor service networks to break down barriers between schools and communities;in terms of evaluation system,completing the transformation from result quantification to process appreciation.Combining the case of“one school,one product”,this article proposes brand building strategies based on professional characteristics,providing reference for the high-quality development of labor education in vocational colleges.
