摘要
随着经济的发展和市场需求的变化,现代畜牧兽医行业对人才的能力要求日益提高,尤其是在创新创业能力方面。围绕OBE模式,即成果导向教育模式,探讨如何培养符合行业需求的畜牧兽医人才。通过OBE模式的理论基础和教育应用分析,对行业能力要求进行了深入剖析,并探讨了人才培养的实施路径。提出了教学内容与方法改革,以及与实践教学相结合的能力培养策略,旨在为教育改革提供创新路径,促进畜牧兽医人才的全面发展,满足行业对高素质人才的需求,同时能够为畜牧兽医行业的发展注入新的活力。
With the development of the economy and changes in market demand,the modern animal husbandry and veterinary industry increasingly demands higher capabilities from talent,particularly in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship.This study focuses on the OBE(outcome-based education)model and explores how to cultivate animal husbandry and veterinary professionals that meet industry requirements.Through an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundation of the OBE model and its educational application,the study examines the industry’s competency requirements and discusses the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.This paper proposes strategies for reforming teaching content and methods,as well as combining these with practical teaching to enhance capability cultivation.The aim is to provide innovative pathways for educational reform,promote the comprehensive development of talents in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,meet the industry’s demand for high-quality professionals,and inject new vitality into the development of the animal husbandry and veterinary sector.
