摘要
研究生学位论文质量保障是研究生培养管理中的重要内容,但现有的质量保障研究对学位论文的质量预警研究不多,特别是缺乏定量分析,导致预警机制的精准性不足。针对这一问题,以质量隐患治理前移为目标,以数据挖掘分析为原则,提出了“指标体系构建—指标关联分析—预警阈值挖掘—质量预判治理”的精准预警机制建立方法,总结了指标体系构建的“全面性、可评性、牵引性、前瞻性”原则,并以某“双一流”高校为例进行了实证研究,通过数据驱动,构建和筛选了预警指标,并确定了各指标阈值,据此构建了定量预警机制,验证了所提出方法的有效性。
Guaranteeing the quality of graduate academic dissertations is a crucial part of graduate training management.However,existing research on quality assurance has paid little attention to the quality early warning of dissertations,especially the lack of quantitative analysis,which results in insufficient accuracy of the early warning mechanism.To address this issue,with the goal of advancing the governance of quality risks and based on the principle of data mining and analysis,this paper proposes a method for establishing a precise early warning mechanism consisting of“indicator system construction—indicator correlation analysis—early warning threshold mining—quality prediction and governance”.It summarizes the principles of“comprehensiveness,operability,traction,and foresight”for constructing the indicator system,and conducts an empirical study by taking a double first-class university as an example.Driven by data,early warning indicators are constructed and screened,the thresholds of each indicator are determined,and a quantitative early warning mechanism is built accordingly,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
