摘要
采用有限元软件建立了挤压温度380、400、420和440℃,挤压比8.03、11.56和18.06条件下的2A70铝合金挤压棒材挤压过程仿真模型。研究了挤压温度和挤压比对该合金棒材挤压过程温度场和应变场的影响。研究结果表明,挤压棒材挤压出口温度随挤压温度的升高没有明显变化,但随着挤压比的增大逐渐升高。挤压棒材心部和表层应变随挤压温度的升高没有明显变化,但随着挤压比的增大逐渐增大。同一挤压条件下,挤压棒材心部应变沿挤压方向几乎不变,表层应变沿挤压方向从头端到尾端逐渐增大。
This paper established the simulation model for the extrusion process of 2A70 aluminium alloy extruded bars under extrusion temperatures of 380,400,420℃,and 440℃,and extrusion ratios of 8.03,11.56,and 18.06 by finite element software.The influence of extrusion temperature and extrusion ratio on the temperature field and strain field during the extrusion process of the alloy rod was studied.The research results show that the extrusion outlet temperature of the extruded rod does not change significantly with the increase of extrusion temperature,but gradually rises with the increase of extrusion ratio.The core and surface strain of the extruded rod does not change significantly with the increase of extrusion temperature,but gradually rises with the increase of extrusion ratio.Under the same extrusion conditions,the core strain of the extruded rod remains almost unchanged along the extrusion direction,while the surface strain gradually increases from the head to the tail along the extrusion direction.This paper provides theoretical reference for optimizing the extrusion process of 2A70 aluminium alloy.
