摘要
可溶铝合金是一种可在含水环境中可控降解并伴随产氢的功能材料,近年来在石油与氢能领域取得了显著进展。阐述了铝水反应的基本机理,系统综述了可溶铝合金的国内外发展现状,重点介绍了其在石油领域(如可溶桥塞、封隔器、压裂球等工具)以及在制氢领域(通过合金化与复合化策略提升产氢速率与转化率)的应用。最后,分析了可溶铝发展面临的技术挑战,展望了未来发展方向,以期为相关领域的研究人员提供参考。
Soluble aluminium alloys are functional materials capable of controlled degradation in aqueous environments with hydrogen generation,which have witnessed significant advancements in the petroleum and hydrogen energy sectors in recent years.This paper elaborates on the fundamental mechanism of aluminium-water reaction,systematically reviews the domestic and international development status of soluble aluminium alloys,and highlights their applications in the petroleum industry(e.g.,soluble bridge plugs,packers,fracturing balls)and hydrogen production(enhancing hydrogen generation rate and conversion efficiency through alloying and compositing strategies).Finally,technical challenges are analyzed and future development directions are outlined to provide references for researchers in related fields.
