摘要
针对0.6 m量级高速风洞现有滚转试验技术的不足,开展自动滚转试验技术研究。研制了适用于风洞的模型自动滚转装置,对滚转装置中的连接支杆、轴承等主要部件进行了设计校核,确保机构可靠性;开发了基于攻角、滚转角协同控制的测控系统,对测控系统硬件搭建及软件开发进行了介绍,通过试验验证了模型自动滚转角度控制误差最大为0.05°,满足风洞试验模型滚转角控制精度要求。基于该试验系统进行了试验数据处理方法的研究,提出了适用于攻角、滚转角耦合的模型自动修正及弹性角修正处理方法;最后针对某试验模型开展风洞试验,试验测力结果符合一般气动规律;不同期试验轴向力系数相对误差最大值为4.11%,力矩系数相对误差最大值为7.0%,验证了本文研究的试验系统及试验技术的有效性。为风洞自动滚转试验技术的应用奠定了基础。
To address the shortcomings of existing roll testing techniques in 0.6m level high-speed wind tunnels,research is being conducted on automatic roll testing technology.A model automatic rolling device suitable for wind tunnels has been developed,and the main components such as connecting rods and bearings in the rolling device have been designed and verified to ensure the reliability of the mechanism;Developed a measurement and control system based on angle of attack and roll angle collaborative control,introduced the hardware construction and software development of the measurement and control system,and verified through experiments that the maximum automatic roll angle control error of the model is 0.05°,which meets the accuracy requirements of wind tunnel test model roll angle control.;Based on this experimental system,research was conducted on experimental data processing methods,and model automatic correction and elastic angle correction processing methods suitable for coupling attack angle and roll angle were proposed;Finally,wind tunnel tests were conducted on a certain experimental model,and the force measurement results were consistent with general aerodynamic laws;The maximum relative error of axial force coefficient and torque coefficient in different stages of the experiment is 4.11%and 7.0%,respectively,which verifies the effectiveness of the experimental system and technology studied in this paper.This laid the foundation for the application of wind tunnel automatic rolling test technology.
