摘要
为了深入研究缩孔对慢烤特性的影响,对装填含铝浇注炸药的烤燃弹进行了带缩孔和不带缩孔且多点测温的慢烤试验,记录炸药在升温过程中的温度变化和响应烈度,试验结果表明,无论是否带缩孔,两发烤燃弹的最终响应表现均为燃烧反应。在试验的基础上,基于炸药的通用烤燃模型(universal cook-off model,UCM),建立了含铝浇注炸药的烤燃计算模型,并研究了缩孔变化对烤燃特性的影响。结果表明,缩孔置于不同区域时对点火温度无明显影响。但是,随着缩孔体积的增加,点火时刻炸药的反应度和点火时刻的压力呈指数趋势增大,这表明缩孔体积的不同对响应时刻炸药的内部压力及炸药反应度具有重要影响。因此,为提高弹药的热安全性,应限制装药缩孔的产生。
To thoroughly investigate the impact of shrink holes on the slow cook-off characteristics,slow cook-off tests were conducted on cast explosive charges containing aluminum,both with and without shrink holes,utilizing multi-point temperature measurements.The temperature variations and response intensities of the explosives during the heating process were recorded.The test results indicated that regardless of the presence of shrink holes,the ultimate response of both cook-off charges was a combustion reaction.Based on these tests,a computational model for the cook-off of aluminum-containing cast explosives was established using the Universal Cook-Off Model(UCM),and the influence of shrink hole variations on cook-off characteristics was further studied.The results demonstrated that the location of the shrink hole had no significant effect on the ignition temperature.However,as the volume of the shrink hole increased,the reactivity of the explosive at ignition and the pressure at ignition time increased exponentially,indicating that the volume of the shrink hole significantly affects the internal pressure and reaction intensity of the explosive at the moment of response.Therefore,to enhance the thermal safety of ammunition,the generation of shrink holes in the charge should be restricted.This study provides valuable insights into the thermal safety of ammunition and suggests that limiting the formation of shrink holes in the charge is crucial for improving the thermal safety of ammunition.
