摘要
聚焦精细化工新工科专业实验实践教学改革,基于OBE-CDIO理念,从实验课程建设、校企共建实习基地和强化科研育人等方面展开探索。阐述了当前精细化工专业实验实践教学存在的问题;详细介绍了改革的具体举措,包括:构筑“生产实习—科研合作—学生就业”生态链、开展“项目式”教学、实施“三进”制度等。通过全过程评价并持续改进,构建了时间维度上的“成果导向”和“项目驱动”专业培养模式。实施成效表明:改革显著提升了学生的实践能力、创新能力和团队协作精神,为精细化工新工科专业建设提供了有力支撑,实现了教学质量提升、创新型人才培养和产教融合生态优化的目标。
This study focuses on the reform of experimental and practical teaching for the emerging engineering discipline of fine chemical engineering,with the OBE-CDIO concept serving as the guiding principle.The reform explores aspects such as experimental course development,industry-academia collaborative internship base construction,and enhanced research-based education.It elaborates on the existing issues in the current experimental and practical teaching of fine chemical engineering and details specific reform measures,including:establishing an"internship-research-employment"ecosystem,implementing project-based teaching,and adopting the"three entry"system.Through comprehensive evaluation and continuous improvement,a time-dimensional professional training model characterized by"outcome-oriented"and"project-driven"approaches has been constructed.The results demonstrate that the reform significantly enhances students′practical skills,innovative capabilities,and teamwork spirit,providing strong support for the development of fine chemical engineering as an emerging engineering discipline.The reform achieves the goals of improving teaching quality,cultivating innovative talent,and optimizing the industry-education integration ecosystem.
