柴油加氢裂化装置汽提塔改造研究

摘要 以某石化公司35 Mt/a柴油加氢裂化装置分馏系统汽提塔为对象,针对原汽提塔内介质组分分离效果不佳导致硫化氢长期进入分馏塔内造成分馏塔附属设备、管道腐蚀加剧等问题,经设计核算确认原汽提塔进料口下方两层填料分离能力不足是该汽提塔分离效果差的主要原因。对该塔进行改造,将进料口下部的填料改为高效板式塔盘,割除原有闪蒸盘并更换为集油箱,将原有进料挡板更换为进料分布器。改造合计更换塔盘共20层,从而提高分离精度,避免干气、液化气、硫化氢等组分进入分馏塔排放,该汽提塔内件改造完成后可实现干气、液化气、硫化氢组分的有效分离。改造后分馏塔操作趋于平稳,消除了分馏塔顶压控阀连续大开度排放不凝气问题,减少了设备设施的腐蚀并增加了经济效益。 Taking the distillation system distillation tower of a 3.5 Mt/a diesel hydrocracking unit in a petrochemical company as the object,in response to the poor separation effect of the medium components in the original distillation tower,which led to the long⁃term entry of hydrogen sulfide into the distillation tower and intensified corrosion of the subsidiary equipment and pipelines,it was confirmed through design calculation that the insufficient separation ability of the two layers of packing below the feed inlet of the original distillation tower was the main reason for the poor separation effect of the distillation tower.Revamp the tower by replacing the packing at the lower part of the feed inlet with a high⁃efficiency plate tray,cutting off the original flash evaporation tray and replacing it with a collection tank,and replacing the original feed baffle with a feed distributor.A total of 20 trays were replaced during the renovation to improve separation accuracy and avoid the discharge of dry gas,liquefied gas,hydrogen sulfide and other components into the distillation tower.After the renovation of the internal components of the distillation tower,effective separation of dry gas,liquefied gas,and hydrogen sulfide components can be achieved.After the renovation,the operation of the fractionation tower became more stable,eliminating the problem of non condensable gas emissions from the continuous large opening of the top pressure control valve of the fractionation tower,reducing equipment and facility corrosion,and increasing economic benefits.
