锂辉石硫酸焙烧法制备电池级锂盐的典型问题浅析

摘要 硫酸焙烧提锂工艺作为生产电池级锂盐的主流工艺,经长期的发展,不断成熟,但仍存在一些行业生产性难点。针对锂辉石硫酸焙烧法提锂工艺,系统分析了其在制备电池级锂盐过程中面临的主要挑战。重点探讨了提锂浓缩系统存在的环保压力大、物耗及能耗高、设备维护难等问题,以及锂盐生产系统中的产品品质个性化需求、产品结团和母液杂质富集等难点。结合现有实践提出了相应的解决思路,并指出未来研究将更聚焦于设备防腐耐磨创新、国内锂矿资源利用等方面,为推动锂辉石提锂工艺的优化与技术革新提供参考。 The sulfuric acid roasting lithium extraction process,as the mainstream process for producing battery grade lithium salts,has undergone long-term development and continuous maturity,but there are still some industry production difficulties.The main challenges faced in the preparation of battery grade lithium salts using the sulfuric acid roasting method for lithium extraction from spodumene were systematically analyzed.The focus was on the issues of high environmental pressure,high material and energy consumption,and difficult equipment maintenance in lithium salt concentration systems,as well as the challenges of personalized product quality requirements,product agglomeration,and mother liquor impurity enrichment in lithium salt production systems.Corresponding solutions have been proposed based on existing practices,and it is pointed out that future research will focus more on innovation in equipment corrosion and wear resistance,domestic lithium mineral resource utilization,etc.,providing reference for promoting the optimization and technological innovation of lithium extraction process from spodumene.
