改进型聚氨酯环保涂料的研制

摘要 以二(三羟甲基丙烷)、邻苯二甲酸酐和环氧氯丙烷作为主要原料,合成制得星形羟基聚酯树脂,以2,2⁃双(羟甲基)丙酸和环氧氯丙烷混合反应得到活性稀释剂。星形羟基聚酯树脂与活性稀释剂按4∶1的质量比混合,制备得到高固体含量羟基树脂。将高固体含量羟基树脂、溶剂、流平剂、消泡剂和固化剂以一定的比例搅拌均匀,得到改进型聚氨酯涂料。用核磁和红外对星形羟基聚酯树脂进行结构分析,结果表明该树脂具有星形的结构。将改进型聚氨酯环保涂料与对应品Desmophen 670BA进行对比测试,结果表明所制备改进型聚氨酯涂料的固含量大于80%,涂料挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量为287 g/L,活化期超过4 h,涂料的涂膜有足够的交联密度和耐化学品性,综合性能明显优于对应品。该研制工艺方法更加简便、节能降耗和安全环保,反应步骤少,配方简单,工业上操作难度低,可节约大量成本,具有广阔的应用前景。 This article synthesizes star-shaped hydroxyl polyester resin using di(trimethylolpropane),phthalic anhydride,and epichlorohydrin as the main raw materials.An active diluent is obtained by mixing 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid and epichlorohydrin.The star-shaped hydroxyl polyester resin and the active diluent are mixed at a mass ratio of 4∶1 to prepare a high-solid content hydroxyl resin.The high-solid content hydroxyl resin,solvent,leveling agent,defoaming agent,and curing agent are stirred evenly in a certain proportion to obtain an improved polyurethane coating.The structural analysis of the star-shaped hydroxyl polyester resin by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy indicates that the resin has a star-shaped structure.Comparative testing between the improved polyurethane environmentally friendly coating and the corresponding product Desmophen 670BA shows that the prepared improved polyurethane coating has a solid content of over 80%,a volatile organic compound(VOC)content of 287g/L,an activation period of over 4 hours,and sufficient crosslinking density and chemical resistance in the coating film.The comprehensive performance is significantly better than that of the corresponding product.The preparation process of this method is simpler,energy-saving,and environmentally friendly,with fewer reaction steps,simple formula,low operational difficulty in industry,significant cost savings,and broad application prospects.
