摘要
妇科手术后常需留置多种导管,其规范化管理直接影响患者康复与预后。然而,目前尚缺乏针对此类导管管理的系统指南。本共识基于国内外循证医学证据与专家组经验,经集体讨论制定,旨在为妇科手术后导管的规范化应用提供临床指导。
After gynecological surgery,various catheters often need to be indwelled,and their standardized management directly affects patients'rehabilitation and prognosis.However,there is still a lack of systematic guidelines for the management of such catheters.Based on domestic and foreign evidence-based medical evidence and the experience of expert groups,this consensus was formulated through collective discussions,aiming to provide clinical guidance for the standardized application of catheters after gynecological surgery.
