含直流侧储能的柔性互联交流微电网群分布协调控制策略

Distributed coordinated control strategy of a flexible interconnected AC microgrid group with DC-side energy storage

摘要 含直流侧储能的柔性互联交流微电网群有着比传统微电网群更加明显的优势,具有重要研究意义,但是目前针对此类型微电网的控制策略研究较少。因此,本工作针对含直流侧储能和多个互联换流器(interlinking voltage source converter,IVSC)的柔性互联交流微电网群系统进行分析和研究。首先建立柔性互联交流微网群的分层分布式协调控制架构,包含本地控制层、微网控制层以及集群协调控制层。然后,针对微网控制层提出了分布式二次频率控制器以及分布式二次电压控制器,实现微网内部功率分配、频率/平均电压恢复的控制目标;针对集群协调控制层,基于微网之间关键电气量归一化原理和有限时间一致性算法,提出了多柔直IVSC的分布式对等协调控制策略,在维持直流配电母线电压稳定的同时,实现互联微电网间的功率按比例分配等控制目标。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink搭建仿真模型,验证了控制策略的有效性。 Flexible interconnected AC microgrid clusters with DC energy storage have more advantages than the conventional microgrid groups and have important research significance.However,research on the control strategy of this type of microgrid is limited.Therefore,this study investigates a flexible interconnected AC microgrid cluster system with DC-side energy storage and multiple interlinking voltage source converters(IVSC).First,a hierarchical distributed coordinated control architecture of a flexible interconnected AC microgrid cluster,including local control layer,microgrid control layer,and cluster coordinated control layer,is developed.Then,for the microgrid control layer,a distributed secondary frequency controller and a distributed secondary voltage controller are proposed to achieve the control objectives of power distribution and frequency/average voltage recovery within the microgrid.Focusing on the cluster coordinated control layer,based on the normalization principle of key electrical quantities between microgrids and the finite-time consistency algorithm,a distributed peer-to peer coordinated control strategy of multi-flexible IVSC is proposed.The strategy achieves proportional power distribution between interconnected microgrids while maintaining the stability of the DC distribution bus voltage.Finally,a simulation model is built using Matlabs Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.
