印刷工艺和油墨种类对书刊印刷品脱墨性的影响

摘要 针对废弃书刊印刷品脱墨试验中油墨颗粒与纸张纤维分离的过程,研究印刷工艺和油墨种类对其产生的影响。通过纤维得率、光学性能及尘埃面积等关键指标进行综合评估,研究选取了胶版印刷、静电复印、喷墨印刷三种主要书刊印刷工艺,以及溶剂型油墨、碳粉和喷墨墨水三种代表性油墨类型作为研究对象,采用浮选脱墨方法,系统地分析了不同印刷工艺和油墨种类条件下书刊印刷品的脱墨效果。书刊印刷品经浮选脱墨后,纤维得率不低于65%,反射因数R457有了显著提升,滤液黑度较小,油墨等杂质去除较为彻底,脱墨后的手抄纸页尘埃面积较小。不同印刷工艺和油墨种类的书刊印刷品经碎浆、浮选脱墨后均具有良好的脱墨效果。 This paper focuses on the separation of ink particles from paper fibers during deinking experiments on waste printed books and periodicals,investigating the impact of printing processes and ink types to improve paper recycling rates.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted using key indicators such as fiber yield,optical properties,and dust area.The study selected three major printing processes for books and periodicals—offset printing,electrostatic copying,and inkjet printing—and three representative ink types—solvent-based ink,toner ink,and inkjet ink—as research subjects.A flotation deinking method was used to systematically analyze the deinking effect of printed books and periodicals under different printing processes and ink types.After flotation deinking,the fiber yield of printed books and periodicals was no less than 65%,the reflectance factor R457 was significantly improved,the filtrate blackness was low,ink and other impurities were removed more thoroughly,and the dust area of the deinked handmade paper was small.Printed books and periodicals with different printing processes and ink types all showed good deinking effects after pulping and flotation deinking.This experiment provides a scientific basis for the recycling and reuse of printed books and periodicals and is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the paper industry.
