摘要
某醋酸乙烯储运管线多个焊接接头部位发生腐蚀穿孔失效。采用宏观形貌观察、微观形貌观察、化学成分测试、显微组织分析及晶间腐蚀试验等方法对其失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:该TP304管道的失效机理为Cl^(-)引起的点腐蚀,在通入物料之前的某段时间内,管道内存在Cl^(-)含量较高的液态水,在钝化膜不完整部位直接引起点腐蚀穿孔或在醋酸乙烯作用下加速腐蚀导致管道泄漏失效。
Corrosion perforation failure occurred at multiple welding joints of a vinyl acetate storage and transportation pipeline.The failure causes were analyzed by using methods such as macroscopic morphology observation,microscopic morphology observation,chemical composition testing,microstructure analysis,and intergranular corrosion testing.The results indicated that the failure mechanism of the TP304 pipeline was pitting corrosion caused by chloride ions.During a certain period of time before the introduction of the feedstock,liquid water with high chloride ion content was present in the pipeline,which directly caused corrosion perforation at the locations with incomplete passivation film or accelerated corrosion under the action of vinyl acetate,resulting in pipeline leakage failure.
