炼化装置2024年大修腐蚀调查与分析

Corrosion investigation and analysis of refining and chemical equipment in 2024 major maintenance

摘要 依据大修腐蚀调查技术方案,结合某公司各装置加工原料的特性、腐蚀监测数据及RBI报告等,对该公司的主要设备及管线进行了腐蚀调查。腐蚀调查发现,设备发生的H腐蚀及H_(2)S腐蚀是公司面临的最大的腐蚀问题,严重危及公司的安全生产,另外,加热炉腐蚀、水冷器垢下腐蚀、大气腐蚀及保温层下腐蚀也不容忽视。 Based on the corrosion investigation technical scheme in major maintenance,combined with the characteristics of processing feedstock,corrosion monitoring data,and RBI reports of various devices in a company,the corrosion investigation was conducted on the main equipment and pipelines of the company.It was found that hydrogen corrosion and hydrogen sulfide corrosion of the equipment were the biggest corrosion problems existed in the company,seriously threatening the safety production of the company.In addition,the corrosion of heating furnaces,the under-deposit corrosion of water coolers,the atmospheric corrosion,and the corrosion under insulation could not be ignored.
