摘要
在经济新常态与数智化时代叠加背景下,中医药高等学历继续教育面临政策、经济、社会、技术层面的多重机遇与挑战,仍存在教育理念滞后、数智化资源建设不足等现实困境。为推动高质量发展,需以数智化为核心抓手,通过解冻办学理念、完善制度设计、强化数智化资源建设、探索智能教学管理模式等改革路径,精准对接学员个性化需求与中医药人才培养目标,为构建高质量中医药教育体系提供实践参考。
Against the backdrop of the new normal in the economy and the era of digital intelligence,continuing higher education in traditional Chinese medicine faces multiple opportunities and challenges in policy,economic,social,and technological aspects,and still encounters practical difficulties such as outdated educational concepts and insufficient construction of digital intelligent resources.To promote its high-quality development,it is necessary to take digital intelligence as the core approach,and pursue reform paths such as updating educational concepts,improving institutional design,strengthening the construction of digital intelligent resources,and exploring intelligent teaching management models,in order to accurately meet the personalized needs of students and the talent training goals of traditional Chinese medicine,providing practical references for building a high-quality education system in traditional Chinese medicine.
