摘要
随着组织管理水平的不断提升,绩效评价已成为衡量工作成效、激发工作活力的重要手段。基层政工工作作为组织发展的基石,其标准化、规范化程度直接影响着整体工作的效能与质量。然而,当前基层政工工作在绩效评价方面仍存在一些不足,影响了工作的进一步发展。因此,本文通过阐述新时代基层治理现代化对政工工作的要求,分析绩效评价导向下基层政工工作标准化管理体系构建,进而探究绩效评价导向下基层政工工作标准化管理体系实践应用,以期为相关人员提供有益参考。
With the continuous improvement of organizational management level,performance evaluation has become an important means to measure work effectiveness and stimulate work vitality.As the cornerstone of organizational development,the standardization and normalization of grassroots political work directly affect the overall efficiency and quality of the work.However,there are still some shortcomings in the performance evaluation of grassroots political work,which affects the further development of the work.Therefore,this article elaborates on the requirements of modernization of grassroots governance in the new era for political work,analyzes the construction of a standardized management system for grassroots political work under the guidance of performance evaluation,and explores the practical application of the standardized management system for grassroots political work under the guidance of performance evaluation,in order to provide useful references for relevant personnel.
