摘要
开展生态文明建设工作,建设美丽中国,是实现社会主义现代化国家的重要内容。中共中央国务院指出要着力开展美丽中国建设全民行动,提供生态文明宣传教育服务。教育能有效培养具备并践行生态文明观念的人作为生态文明建设的主体,其中学校教育是主要成分与路径。对生态文明素养进行考评能有效监督生态文明教育的开展进程,但目前生态文明素养概念界定及评价工具的研究还有待增加。本研究利用德尔菲法与层次分析法(AHP),构建了四维生态文明素养评价指标体系,并确定了9个二级维度下的指标内涵与权重系数,为新时代生态文明教育研究工作推进、教育实践活动的开展奠定基础。
Carrying out ecological progress and building a beautiful China is an important part of realizing a modern socialist country.The CPC Central Committee and The State Council have pointed out that efforts should be made to launch a nationwide campaign to build a beautiful China and provide education services for ecological civilization.Education can effectively train people who have and practice the concept of ecological civilization as the main body of ecological civilization construction,among which school education is the main component and path.The evaluation of ecological civilization literacy can effectively supervise the development of ecological civilization education,but at present,the research on the definition of ecological civilization literacy and evaluation tools needs to be increased.In this study,Delphi method and analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)were used to construct the evaluation index system of ecological civilization literacy,and the connotation and weight coefficient of the index were determined.This study lays a foundation for the promotion of ecological civilization education research in the new era and the development of educational practice activities.
