摘要
针对铁路桥梁明桥面木桥枕使用中存在的系列问题,为使失效木桥枕换铺大修工作开展更加及时、有序、合理、经济,保障线桥设备质量,促进铁路运输安全、畅通,本文结合近年来HFFP复合材料桥枕在既有线钢梁桥上换铺实际应用,综合分析了木桥枕与HFFP复合材料桥枕的材料性能、更换周期、维修保养频次等全生命周期的优缺点及综合成本,形成结论性技术、经济分析意见与建议,可为铁路钢梁桥失效木桥枕换铺大修工作提供技术与经济参考。
To address the issues associated with wooden sleepers on railway open-deck bridges and to enable a more timely,cost-effective overhaul process and maintain safe and smooth traffic,this paper evaluates the life-cycle performance of traditional wooden versus modern HFFP composite sleepers.Drawing on practical applications of HFFP sleepers on existing steel bridges,the analysis compares key factors including material properties,replacement cycles,and maintenance frequency.Based on this comprehensive cost-benefit assessment,the study provides conclusive technical and economic recommendations to support the rehabilitation of failed wooden sleepers,thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of railway infrastructure.
