摘要
为响应我国“双碳”战略目标,确定铁路工程建设期碳排放核算方法,本文针对于铁路建设期碳排放核算相关问题,研究确定了碳排放核算的工程类别及核算边界、核算单元、核算深度、数据依据、核算形式及核算指标,基于排放因子法确立核算模型,对铁路工程建设期碳排放核算问题进行系统性规定,以期为铁路工程碳排放核算问题提出借鉴与参考。
In support of China's"Dual Carbon"strategic goals,this study establishes a carbon emission accounting method for the railway construction phase.It addresses key accounting issues by defining the project scope,system boundaries,accounting units,levels of details,data sources,reporting formats,and key performance indicators.An accounting model was developed based on the emission factor method,leading to a systematic framework for carbon emission accounting in railway construction projects.This work aims to serve as a reference for standardizing carbon emission assessments in railway construction projects.
