南梁煤矿火烧区边界综合探测技术研究及应用

摘要 南梁煤矿火烧区边界是开采方案的重要地质信息,通过井上下综合探测火烧区边界,可以解决边界不清的地质问题,从而有效防范瓦斯积聚、突水等事故。在掌握矿区地质特征的基础上,采用地面磁法探测技术圈定地下异常区域,提出“线-面”结合的钻探布置方案,构建地表与井下联动的钻探网络,关键区段主孔与分支孔之间保持30 m间距。构建了一套集地质调查、物理探测与定向钻探验证于一体的综合探测技术体系,即“地调圈界-物探定异-定向精核”技术流程。通过综合探测,显著增强了对煤层边界空间形态的识别能力,煤层火烧区边界的控制精度得到显著提升。为后续采煤工作面的合理布置、采掘接续安排以及防治水工程的实施提供了坚实的地质依据。 The delineation of fire zone boundaries in the Nanliang Coal Mine is critical geological information for mining planning.Through integrated surface and underground detection methods,the ambiguous geological boundaries are clarified,effectively preventing accidents such as gas accumulation and water inrushes.Building upon the comprehensive understanding of the mining area's geological characteristics,surface magnetic prospecting technology is employed to identify subsurface anomalous zones.A drilling layout strategy combining linear and areal coverage is proposed,establishing a coordinated surface-underground drilling network with a spacing of 30 meters between main boreholes and branch holes in key sections.An integrated detection system has been developed,incorporating geological survey,geophysical exploration,and directional drilling verification-summarized as the technical workflow of“geological surveying for boundary delineation,geophysical prospecting for anomaly identification,and directional drilling for precise validation”.This comprehensive approach significantly enhances the capability to recognize spatial configurations of coal seam boundaries and substantially improves the accuracy of fire zone boundary control.
