摘要
针对倾斜煤层回采巷道显著的变形和破坏问题,以银星二号煤矿主采10号煤层工作面回采巷道工程地质条件为背景,基于现场煤岩体地质力学试验揭示了巷道围岩的裂隙发育情况,重点分析了巷道围岩失稳破坏的动力来源,并提出了支-改-卸协同控制技术。研究结果表明,银星二号煤矿倾斜煤层回采巷道顶板浅部围岩裂隙发育,而深部围岩体结构完整性较好,巷道侧帮围岩则表现出明显破碎、塌孔现象;工作面回采后顶板上部关键岩层不能及时充分垮落形成稳定结构,顶部围岩体将会在护巷煤柱上形成悬臂结构并将应力传递到相邻巷道中,为回采巷道失稳提供动力来源。基于围岩体结构和巷道围岩失稳动力来源提出了银星二号煤矿在倾斜煤层回采巷道围岩支-改-卸协同控制技术,制定了井下实施技术方案,并开展了井下试验,在巷道掘进期间及工作面回采期间均取得了较好的围岩控制效果。
In response to the significant deformation and damage problems of inclined coal seam mining roadway,based on the engineering geological conditions of the mining roadway in the 10#coal seam working face of Yinxing No.2 main mining,the development of cracks in the surrounding rock of the roadway was revealed through on-site coal rock geomechanical tests.The dynamic sources of instability and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway were analyzed,and a support-modification-relief collaborative control technology was proposed.The research results indicate that cracks are developed in the shallow surrounding rock of the roof of the Yinxing No.2 inclined coal seam mining roadway,while the structural integrity of the deep surrounding rock is good.The surrounding rock on the side of the roadway shows obvious fragmentation and collapse phenomena;After the mining of the working face,the key rock layers at the top cannot collapse and form a stable structure in a timely and sufficient manner.The surrounding rock mass at the top will form a cantilever structure on the protective coal pillars and transmit stress to adjacent roadway,providing a dynamic source for the instability of the mining roadway.Based on the structure of the surrounding rock and the dynamic sources of instability of the surrounding rock in the roadway,a collaborative control technology for the support-modification-relief of the surrounding rock in the Yinxing No.2 inclined coal seam mining roadway was proposed.A technical plan for underground implementation was formulated,and underground experiments were carried out with good control effect.
