斜向约束拉杆钢板剪力墙抗震性能研究

摘要 为解决钢板剪力墙超强的问题,提出一种可根据抗震设计需求确定尺寸的斜向约束拉杆钢板剪力墙,并分析影响斜向约束拉杆钢板剪力墙耗能性能的因素。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对斜向约束拉杆剪力墙模型的中心剪力墙的尺寸、高厚比、跨高比等进行了变参数分析,获得了各自的承载以及耗能性能。结果表明,斜向约束拉杆钢板剪力墙结构承载力与中心钢板剪力墙的尺寸相关,中心钢板墙的尺寸越小,承载力越低,但承载力下降幅度不大;在模拟的几种剪力墙尺寸中,当中心钢板剪力墙面积为外框架包围面积的1/8时,结构的延性以及变形能力最好;当约束拉杆的刚度增大至中心剪力墙刚度的1.1倍后并继续增大时,其对中心钢板剪力墙的耗能影响较小;中心钢板剪力墙的耗能和其形状有关,其高宽比与外框架的高宽比越接近,耗能越大。 In order to solve the problem of easy overstrength of steel plate shear walls in light high-rise buildings,a kind of diagonally restrained tie-rod steel plate shear wall that can be sized according to the seismic design needs is proposed in this paper to analyse the factors affecting the energy-consuming performance of diagonally restrained tie steel plate shear walls.The dimensions,height-to-thickness ratio and span-to-height ratio of the central shear wall were mainly changed,and the proposed static analyses of the diagonally restrained tie-rod plate shear wall models with different parameters were carried out by means of the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to obtain their respective load-bearing as well as energy-consuming performances.The results show that the structural load carrying capacity of the diagonally restrained tie-rod steel plate shear wall structure is related to the size of the central steel plate shear wall,and the smaller the size of the central steel plate wall is,the lower the load carrying capacity is,but the decrease of the load carrying capacity is not large.Among the simulated shear wall sizes,the ductility as well as deformation capacity of the structure is the best when the area of the central steel plate shear wall is 1/8 of the area encircled by the outer frame.When the stiffness of the restraining tie-rod increases to 1.1 times of the stiffness of the center shear wall and then continues to increase,its effect on the energy dissipation of the center steel plate shear wall is small.The energy dissipation of the center steel plate shear wall is related to its shape,and the closer the height-to-width ratio of the center steel plate shear wall and the height-to-width ratio of the outer frame are,the better the energy dissipation of the center steel plate shear wall is.
