李纯甫对唐宋古文思想的批评及其“三教合一”的思想根源

摘要 金代后期的古文宗师李纯甫对唐宋古文思想的看法呈“矛盾”态度。他肯定了唐宋古文家的“文”,吸收了韩愈“不袭蹈前人”和“务去陈言”的文章思想,并接受了韩愈、柳宗元、苏轼等人“尚奇”的文章观念,同时又对唐宋古文家、理学家的“道”进行了猛烈的批判。这种批判主要表现在其对唐宋古文家、理学家的“道统”谱系和“辟佛老”思想的彻底否定。他的这种“矛盾”态度源于其“三教合一”的思想。他受庄子“道术为天下裂”观点的影响,认为儒、道同源,在接触佛教后又认为佛家之道与二家之道相通。他的立场也深刻影响了时人,所以金代后期出现了文章多奇古的现象。他对唐宋古文思想的态度与同时期的文坛宗师赵秉文、王若虚差别极大,彰显了佛教对金代士人心态与文学思想的影响,有独特的学术价值和文化价值。 As a master of great leading and integrity of classical prose in the late Jin Dynasty,Li Chunfu holds a“contradiction”attitude toward the viewpoint of classical prose thought of the Tang and Song Dynasties.He affirms the“literary craftsmanship”of the Tang-Song classical prose writers:for one thing,he absorbs Han Yu's ideas of“not following predecessors'footsteps”and“striving to discard hackneyed expressions”;for another,he accepts the concept of“advocating eccentricity”of Han Yu,Liu Zongyuan,Su Shi and others.At the same time,he launches a fierce criticism against the“Dao”(Way)advocated by the Tang-Song classical prose writers and Neo-Confucianists.This criticism is mainly reflected in his complete denial of the“Daotong”(Orthodoxy of the Dao)lineage and the ideology of“opposing Buddhism and Taoism”advocated by these writers and Neo-Confucianists of the Tang and Song Dynasties.His“contradiction”attitude originates from his“Integration of the Three Religions”thought.Influenced by Zhuangzi's view that“the Dao and its techniques have been split apart for the world”,he initially believes that Confucianism and Taoism share the same origin.After being exposed to Buddhism,he further believes that the“Dao”of Buddhism is compatible with the“Dao”of Confucianism and Taoism.His attitude profoundly influences his contemporaries,directly promoting the emergence of a creative trend of“prose being mostly eccentric and archaic”in the literary circle of the late Jin Dynasty.In addition,His attitude toward the classical prose thought of the Tang and Song Dynasties differs significantly from that of Zhao Bingwen and Wang Ruoxu,the leading literary figures of the same period.His attitude highlights the influence of Buddhism on the mentality and literary thought of scholars in the Jin Dynasty,and has unique academic and cultural value.
