摘要
超大型冷却塔支柱设计选型对其结构受力性能至关重要,钢管混凝土柱作为新兴的支柱类型,其不同选型参数对冷却塔结构动力特性和抗风、抗震性能的影响规律亟待揭示。本文依托内蒙古能源集团金山热电厂195m超大型冷却塔工程项目,建立了五种不同支柱选型的超大型冷却塔精细化有限元模型,探究了不同支柱对数、支柱材质对结构抗风稳定性、结构内力响应和径向位移的影响规律。结果表明,随钢管混凝土支柱对数增加结构基频和倾覆频率略微降低,最小局部稳定因子和临界风速变化不大;支柱对数和支柱材质对静风和地震荷载下结构响应极值影响显著,对径向位移环向分布情况影响不大。研究成果可为钢管混凝土柱超大型冷却塔支柱选型和结构抗风、抗震设计提供理论参考。
The design and selection of the support columns for super-large cooling towers are of vital impor-tance to their structural load-bearing performance.As a new type of support column,the influence of different se-lection parameters of concrete-filled steel tubular columns on the dynamic characteristics and wind and seismic re-sistance performance of cooling tower structures remains to be revealed.Based on the 195m super-large cooling tower project of Jinshan Thermal Power Plant of Inner Mongolia Energy Group,five refined finite element models of super-large cooling towers with different support column types were established in this paper,and the influence laws of different support column pairs and materials on the wind stability,internal force response,and radial dis-placement of the structure were explored.The results show that with the increase of the number of concrete-filled steel tubular columns,the fundamental frequency and overturning frequency of the structure slightly decrease,while the minimum local stability factor and critical wind speed change little牷the number of support column pairs and the material of the support columns have a significant impact on the extreme values of the structural response under static wind and seismic loads,but have little effect on the circumferential distribution of radial displace-ment.The research results would provide theoretical references for the selection of support columns and the wind and seismic resistance design of super-large cooling towers with concrete-filled steel tubular columns.
