摘要
为了研究不同施工阶段基坑开挖过程中的变形规律,本文以长春地区某深基坑双排桩为研究对象,通过基坑监测数据和有限元分析相结合的方法,重点研究了基坑开挖过程中双排桩的受力特性、各施工阶段桩顶的水平位移曲线及建筑物的沉降曲线等。研究结果表明:基坑开挖至地下车库浇筑底板时,双排桩最大水平位移3.81mm。基坑开挖施工的前2/3阶段是基坑变形发展的关键阶段,因此,对于保护程度要求较高的项目,应重视双排桩支护结构在开挖前期的变形控制。此外,研究发现对阳角处连梁截面尺寸或厚度进行优化,可有效减少桩顶水平位移以及周边建筑物的沉降,为类似工程的设计与施工提供技术支持。
To study the deformation law of foundation pit excavation in different construction stages,this pa-per takes a double-row pile supported deep foundation pit in Changchun as the research object.By combining foundation pit monitoring data with finite element analysis,it focuses on the mechanical properties of double-row piles during excavation,the horizontal displacement curves of pile tops and the settlement curves of buildings in each construction stage.The research results showed that when the foundation pit was excavated to the stage of pouring the bottom slab of the underground garage,the maximum horizontal displacement of the double-row piles was 3.81mm.The first two-thirds of the foundation pit excavation construction is the key stage for the develop-ment of foundation pit deformation.Therefore,for projects with high protection requirements,attention should be paid to the deformation control of the double-row pile supporting structure in the early stage of excavation.In addition,it was found that optimizing the section size of the tie beam at the external corner can effectively re-duce the horizontal displacement of the pile top and the settlement of surrounding buildings,which would pro-vide technical support for the design and construction of similar projects.
