综合管廊兼顾人防能力评估及补强措施研究

Study on the Evaluation and Strengthening Measures of Utility Tunnels Intergrating Civil Air Defense Capability

摘要 为实现已建综合管廊兼顾人防功能,论文采用理论分析、力学计算和SAP2000软件模拟等方法对某综合管廊的主体结构、口部等关键部位开展了兼顾人防能力评估。通过理论分析确定综合管廊防护等级;运用荷载计算得出综合管廊在人防荷载条件下的最不利工况组合,并利用SAP2000进行模拟分析;根据人防标准的相关要求评估各部位的人防能力。研究结果表明:该综合管廊设防等级为乙类六级,但主体结构承载力应满足甲类六级标准;模拟分析得出战时工况下管廊最大弯矩超过470kN·m,超过了设计标准值,结构薄弱点为管廊顶、底板与侧墙的连接处;各口部位置的密闭防护设施不满足人防要求。为达到兼顾人防的能力,提出了针对综合管廊防护单元划分、主体结构承载力、口部等关键部位的补强措施。研究结果可为规范综合管廊兼顾人防能力评估和提升人防能力提供参考。 In order to realize the civil air defense function,theoretical analysis,mechanical calculation and SAP2000 software simulation were used to evaluate the main structure and opennings in a utility tunnel.The protection level of the utility tunnel was determined by theoretical analysis.Load calculations were used to iden-tify the combination of the most unfavorable working conditions of the utility tunnel under the civil air defense load,and simulation analysis was carried out using SAP2000.The civil defense capability of various areas was evaluated according to the relevant requirements of the civil air defense standard.The results showed that the fortification level of the utility tunnel was Grade B,Class 6,but the bearing capacity of the main structure should meet the requirement of Grade A,Class 6.The simulation analysis showed that the maximum bending moment of the utility tunnel under wartime conditions exceeded 470kN·m,which exceeded the design standard value,and the weak points of the structure were the connections between the roof,floor and side walls of the u-tility tunnel.The airtight protection facilities at each openning did not meet the requirements of civil air de-fense.In order to achieve the capability of integrating civil air defense,the division of the protection unit of the utility tunnel,the bearing capacity of the main structure,and the reinforcement measures for key parts such as opennings were proposed.The research results can provide a reference for standardizing the evaluation of civil air defense capabilities and improving civil air defense capabilities in utility tunnel.
