摘要
在人工智能时代背景下,人机关系、数据安全与学习自主性等伦理风险使职业教育数字化转型的制度与实践变革面临多重不确定性因素,主要表现为职业教育数字伦理风险的规范目标与四大价值冲突,即效率与公平、驱动与自主、精准与片面、开放与保护的生态危机冲突。在“负责任创新”理论视角下,职业教育数字伦理风险的防控可从预测性、包容性、反身性与反馈性四维框架着力。基于生态系统理论视角,分析了政府、学校、教师、学生和企业等多元核心治理主体在复杂环境下的互动逻辑。研究发现,相关政府与教育部门需构建以学习者为中心的伦理治理体系,发展教师数字伦理素养与协同育人能力,构建跨主体协同的融合治理生态,进而达成新职业教育生态系统中的教育主体、智能技术与教育实践的和谐共进契约,实施国家职业教育数字化战略,助力培养大国工匠、能工巧匠、高技能人才。
In the era of artificial intelligence,ethical risks such as the man-machine relationship,da⁃ta security,and learning autonomy make the system and practice reform of digital transformation of vocation⁃al education face multiple uncertainties.These are mainly manifested in the conflict between the normative objectives of digital ethical risks of vocational education and the four major values,namely,the ecological crisis conflict between efficiency and fairness,drive and autonomy,precision and one-sidedness,openness and protection.From the perspective of"Responsible Research and Innovation"theory,the prevention and control of digital ethical risks in vocational education can be focused on the four-dimensional framework of anticipation,inclusion,reflexivity,and responsiveness.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the interactive logic of multiple core governance subjects,such as government,schools,teachers,students,and enterprises,in a complex environment.The study found that the relevant govern⁃ment and education departments need to build a learner-centered ethical governance system,develop teach⁃ers'digital ethical literacy and collaborative education ability,build a cross-subject collaborative integrat⁃ed governance ecology,and then reach a new vocational education ecosystem.The harmonious co-progress contract of educational subject,intelligent technology,and educational practice,the implementation of the national vocational education digitization strategy,and the cultivation of great country craftsmen,skilled craftsmen,and highly skilled talents.
