摘要
在中心城区盾构隧道施工中,盾构机遭遇地下废弃非开挖管线的问题愈发频繁,已成为制约施工顺利推进的棘手难题。针对该问题,本文提出三大核心应对方案,包括设备改造、套管预注浆及正反冲循环技术;同时,为适配长距离掘进中的停机工况,增设中途加固区用于开仓清障。上述措施已在上海市徐汇区龙华污水处理厂初期雨水调蓄工程2#~5#区段(3公里DN3500盾构隧道)中得到实践验证,证实了其可行性与有效性,可为同类工程的施工提供重要借鉴。
In shield tunneling projects within urban central areas,shield machines increasingly encounter abandoned underground trenchless pipelines,posing a persistent and challenging obstacle to smooth construction progress.To address this issue,this paper proposes three core countermeasures:equipment modification,pre-grouting of casings,and forward-reverse flushing circulation technology.Additionally,to accommodate stoppage conditions during long-distance tunneling,intermediate reinforcement zones have been established to facilitate atmospheric-pressure chamber opening for obstacle removal.These measures have been successfully implemented and validated in the Section 2#-5#(a 3-km-long DN3500 shield tunnel)of the Longhua Wastewater Treatment Plant’s Initial Rainfall Storage Project in Xuhui District,Shanghai,demonstrating their feasibility and effectiveness,thereby offering valuable reference for similar engineering projects.
